Hello Mr. Lukic,

i emailed you last week regarding a GPL issue with one of your products. I
haven't heared from you since, so i'm writing you a friendly reminder.
It's written in english because its Cc:ed to the mailinglist of GPL
violations.

You are shipping a product called linux managed desktop, which is based
on linux (hence the name). So it has to contain at least the linux kernel
and possibly other software licensed under the GPL. Your Website states:

'Teile des Client-Betriebssystems unterliegen der GPL oder anderen
"freien" Lizenzen.'

You don't provide a english version, but it translates roughly to: 'Parts
of the client operating systems are subject to conditions of the GPL or
other "free" licenses".

Your download pages do not contain a written offer about how to get the
sources of that GPL software, nor does the downloadable files contain
those sources.

Last week i asked you about how to get the sources you are using in the
"linux managed desktop" product, but haven't heared back from you yet.

Could you tell me (and others) how liscon intends to provide the sources
as defined by the terms of the GPL?

If you are the wrong person at liscon for this please forward this mail to
the appropriate person.

Regards,
Daniel Meyer
