First make sure they actually are violating the GPL. Check if the source
is either on the CD that came with the product, or if there's a written
offer (either on paper or on the CD) for the sourcecode included with
the product. Since you have bought the device and have the original box
(right? it isn't second hand?) it should be easy to check. If you can't
find the code, or the written offer, open an issue in our request tracker.
Just send a mail to rt at gpl-violations.org with all the necessary
information.
