PSPMovieCreator and FFMPEG

PSPMovieCreator 
(http://www.smartconverter.com/PSPMovieCreator-review9654.shtml) uses
ffmpeg and its libraries to encode movies.
I know this because:
1) the librarie names is the same and about same size
2) the frontend size is little as the ffmpeg frontend size
3) strings in the executable are the same
4) ffmpeg's parameters are the same as the one in the profile files
