(HELP) Question about the total number violations of GPL and total number resoveld out of court

Can you help telling me the total number GPL
violations are that ever happened both listed in FSF
and GPL-violations.org?

How many of them resolved out of court?

I really need the answer, couse I am doing research
for my paper about enforcement GPL.
