Possible violation of GPL with Sarotech NAS product

The product from Sarotech : NHD-355 based on a Marvell SOC MV-88E6318 ( Mips 
5Kc Core with Ethernet Switch) use a e-Linux based on a MontaVista 
ditribution

This board is not supported by Marvell but the e-linux is powered by Marvell 
( cat from version file )

The kernel and some part are tuned by Sarotech ( cat of boot log )

Scripts and somes sources are modified or tuned by someone with this pseudo

On the english site from Sarotech I don't found GPL sources ( 
www.sarotech.com)

On the korean site of sarotech (www.u-stor.net) i find some informations 
about sources and linux but in korean and the translation with google is 
poor.

the text in korean can be found on www.u-stor.net in menu FAQ then the last 
at right and first post with some english word like NHD-355 / OS / zend 
optimizer / mips cpu / binary

the most interessant part seem to be the last. But without a korean 
conversion better than google it's impossible to understand.

The customer buys a linux source consequently at the Internet and [khem] the
