Charging ($20) for GPL source?

First, courts would likely apply a "reasonable man" standard to
clause 3(b). You can't just say "well we let the CTO do this in
person and he costs $1200 per hour" and get away with that.

Second, if this really happens, let's put together a fund where
300 people put in $1. Buy one copy, post it on an FTP site and
*poof* goes the IP.
