Potential Ucopia GPL violation

Hi all,

Ucopia [1] is using a freeradius based solution for their authentication 
server but does not release any sources. I also suspect their captive portal 
to use open source software (chillisport, coova or NoCatSplash).

I am currently trying to get those sources or at least some confirmation it is 
open source based.
