Charging ($20) for GPL source?

Well, having the wrong sources is far more serious than charging to
much.  I assume this has been reported here?

Geography seems to come up a lot in enforcement cases (though not in
real development).  Perhaps GPL-violations should start an informal
registry of contributors' locations.
