This is incorrect.
Just because you ship binaries (or for download from the
website), and make source available upon request, does not mean that
they should be "doanloadable" together from the same location. Is it
preferred and convenient? Sure. Required? No.
We've fought this before, and the GPL does not "require" that
they be available as a download from the same place as the binaries.
That being said, if you PAY for the source on physical media
(CD, DVD, tape, floppy, punch cards), the binaries should accompany
it, and that's just courtesy and common sense, not a requirement.
