DSM320 / DSM320RD media center using GPL libs in closed source app

That was my question (I probably didn't explain myself well), if I
could pressure DLink to open their source over a GPL violation. I
wasn't sure if all the libs were LGPL or had exceptions for linking to
closed source apps.
