Hi,

Just joined the list after reading through the archives (and by mistake
sent the last email to the list, using the link in the archives, and not
directly to the person - sorry!!)

I have joined because I am writing a PhD in political philosophy of law
about Free Software and currently working on a section about enforcement
for which I am collecting a history or chronology.
