According to GPL. They don't have to offer you the sources if they
havn't release the product to you. If you buy their product(or they
offer the 'trial version') and couldn't find the source code, they
surely violate GPL. And then you should try to contact the copyright
holders of Typo3 first to know if they mind such event. :)
