It's Linux: ConnecTec 4in1 Multi-Router - File-, Print- & IP-Cam-Server (pearl.de PE-6644)

Thanks for the hint. I grabbed the newest nmap and tried it:
-*-
[tino at firebird nmap-3.81]$ sudo ./nmap -O 192.168.71.193
Password:
Starting nmap 3.81 ( http://www.insecure.org/nmap/ ) at 2005-04-30 00:14
CEST
Interesting ports on 192.168.71.193:
(The 1661 ports scanned but not shown below are in state: closed)
PORT STATE SERVICE
80/tcp open http
139/tcp open netbios-ssn
MAC Address: 00:03:1B:58:05:9D (Cellvision Systems)
Device type: general purpose
Running: Linux 2.4.X|2.5.X
OS details: Linux 2.4.0 - 2.5.20
Uptime 0.005 days (since Sat Apr 30 00:06:51 2005)
Nmap finished: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 3.606 seconds
-*-
So it's Linux, very likely ..
And now I found a link which shows the device:
http://www.cellvision.net/pdf/NFS-202U.pdf
Note that the S/N of my devices starts with "202U", so it's very likely an
NFS-202U inside (even if rebranded).
However under
http://www.cellvision.net/support/Firmware/
there is no firmware for the NFS-202U / NFS-202WU.
Now that I located the manufacturer (and the device) I will contact
Cellvision and ask for the source.
I will notify the list of the proceedings.
