Acronis Inc (www.acronis.com) uses the Linux kernel in some of it's products. The page http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/licensing/ says something about it, but it's definitely not what GPL demands. Earlier products also used the kernel, but currently probably doscontinued. Alexey
